Position: System Analyst Salary: Up to PHP 90,000 Employment: 6-month probationary period Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Headcount: 1 Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to understand processes and identify improvements. Translate business requirements into system specifications. Support system design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancements. Analyze system issues and recommend effective solutions. Coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality and resolve defects. Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, user manuals, and reports. Provide system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Assist with system upgrades and end-user training. Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in requirements gathering and system analysis. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work closely with technical and business teams.
