Systems Administrator(Backup & Data Protection)

Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together! What You'll do: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and, preferably, Linux systems. Manage and support virtualized infrastructures using VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V . Administer and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 solutions. Manage and optimize backup, retention, immutability, and recovery policies. Troubleshoot and resolve backup and data recovery incidents. Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) strategies. Administer core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP . Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and reports. Who You Are: You have 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration within enterprise environments. You possess strong hands-on experience with Veeam (mandatory). You have experience managing VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments. You have solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and systems administration . You are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex backup and infrastructure issues. You have experience working with backup, data protection, and recovery solutions. You are familiar with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices. You have strong documentation skills and a structured, process-oriented approach. You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
