📋 Description Drive payment initiatives from idea to implementation across markets, vendors and internal teams. Coordinate stakeholders, risks, dependencies and delivery plans to ensure successful execution. Support the implementation and rollout of payment solutions across H&M's global retail Establish and improve ways of working, governance processes and operational routines within Retail Facilitate decision-making through clear communication, structure and status reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams and external Understanding of payment systems, POS environments and technical integrations. Comfortable driving accountability, following up on commitments and pushing initiatives forward. Structured, organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
