Technical Project Manager

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: We require an active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance. We require a bachelors degree. We require five or more years of experience managing technical projects in a consulting, government, or enterprise setting. We require experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts. We require experience managing budgets, allocating resources, and forecasting project delivery timelines. We require the ability to work onsite in a client environment as needed. Preferred qualifications include PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or another relevant certification. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Navy clients or familiarity with Navy operations, systems, or organizational structures. Preferred qualifications include a strong grasp of project management approaches such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models. Preferred qualifications include proven success managing complex projects involving data platforms, system integrations, or analytics solutions. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience using Jira for tracking projects, managing backlogs, and coordinating workflows. Responsibilities: We lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across data, analytics, and system implementation workstreams. We coordinate across client stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. We define project scope, schedules, milestones, and resource needs aligned with client objectives. We monitor daily project activity to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. We facilitate Agile ceremonies and project status meetings, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. We identify, track, and reduce risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. We translate business needs into actionable tasks and technical requirements for delivery teams. We maintain stakeholder engagement by providing clear status updates, executive briefings, and performance reports. We ensure compliance with governance, quality, and control standards throughout the project lifecycle. We support change management efforts, including user adoption, training coordination, and transition planning.
