About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support to provide hands-on technical support, PC deployment, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT asset management. The role will also handle equipment installation, configuration, asset updates, and basic maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and user-related concerns. Perform PC/laptop setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting . Install and configure OS, drivers, applications, and standard images . Handle IT asset inventory, tagging, deployment, and asset updates . Perform hardware upgrades and parts replacement , including memory and HDD. Coordinate warranty claims, RMA, parts delivery, and pullout . Assist with asset refresh, decommissioning, and proper equipment disposal . Prepare service schedules, inventory updates, and technical reports . Qualifications: Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course . With experience in IT/Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Asset Management . Knowledgeable in hardware/software troubleshooting, OS installation, and PC deployment . Good communication and documentation skills.
