Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role We’re looking for a Technical Writer. You will strengthen the tech docs team, part of the Product and Infrastructure department, and help create, maintain and scale customer-facing documentation that’s clear, relevant and reliable. Your responsibilities : Author and maintain customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials and step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references. Review and revise content authored by other technical writers to ensure quality and completeness. Collaborate with product managers, designers, solution architects and support engineers to produce insights into user journeys and improve the documentation accordingly. Establish best practices on writing style, workflows, docs infrastructure and automations. We expect you to have: 5+ years of experience in technical writing Excellent skills in written and spoken English Experience with docs-as-code approach (Git, Markdown/MDX) Familiarity with concepts in cloud computing (virtual machines and containers, Kubernetes, storage…) and ML/AI (training, inference, fine-tuning…) The ability to be flexible in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high quality and caring for customers at every stage It will be a bonus if you have: Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering and automation for authoring and reviewing documentation and problem solving Experience with documentation analytics and quality assessment.
