Technology Leadership Program - App Development

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a closely related technical or engineering discipline. We are looking for a strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systems. We expect familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Prior coding experience is preferred. We value demonstrated leadership skills or clear leadership ambition. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are important. You should be able to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position. We encourage applicants graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027, as the program begins in 2027. Responsibilities: We will have you design, build, and improve applications that support our internal systems and client-facing platforms. You will develop scalable solutions using modern technologies such as cloud, APIs, and full-stack development. You will take ownership of projects and help deliver meaningful business outcomes. You will partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders across functions. You will apply Agile methods to deliver solutions in a fast-paced, iterative setting. You will take part in technical capstones, hackathons, and innovation-led initiatives. You will build relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders across our organization. You will meet regularly with your department manager and program manager for coaching and mentorship.
