Technology Leadership Program

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We prefer experience in information technology. We require an undergraduate or graduate degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical or engineering discipline. Responsibilities: We complete rotation objectives across different areas of our IT business, quickly adapting to each area, understanding assignment and department goals, and taking full ownership and accountability for projects and tasks. We participate in three eight-month rotations in either Application Development or Technology Operations, building on each experience within a single sub-division and applying training and technical knowledge to meet objectives. We take accountability for issues by owning the problem-resolution process. We support our own professional growth by joining program meetings and projects, attending all required training, and maintaining a personal development plan to track progress and achievements. We build a strong internal network of business contacts to help us complete assigned work. We deliver high-quality service to client inquiries, internal and external, by providing timely and accurate information. We use appropriate tools to organize, analyze, and present data to support sound business decisions and make recommendations when suitable. We develop strong knowledge of our investment methodology, policies, procedures, marketplace, and relevant systems to complete assigned projects. We work with stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements and data, recommend and implement solutions, and help plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage business activities needed to deliver project outcomes. We demonstrate leadership capabilities and strengths throughout rotational and program experiences. We participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
