Test Automation Engineer

QA Automation Engineer (Java/JavaScript) 🏢 Hybrid (Warsaw) 1 office day every two weeks (Thursday) Additional on-site planning sessions (2–3 days every 2–3 months) About the role We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend test automation (approx. 70% backend / 30% frontend). You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality, improving testing processes, and supporting engineering teams with automation best practices. Your responsibilities Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites Perform integration, system, E2E, and UAT testing Develop and execute API and web automation tests Collaborate closely with developers to ensure product stability Conduct code reviews and improve QA standards Support adoption of new testing tools and technologies Mentor team members and share knowledge Requirements 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Strong programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript Hands-on experience with: Jira (Xray is a plus) Git Postman Good understanding of: CI/CD SDLC API testing Experience with automation frameworks, performance testing, and code reviews Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns Tech Stack Web: Selenium, Selenide, Cypress, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber API: REST Assured, TestNG/JUnit Mobile: Appium, XCUI Test Performance: Gatling, JMeter What we value Strong communication and analytical skills Proactive, ownership-driven attitude Mentorship mindset Ability to work in a dynamic environment 🚀 Join us and help drive quality excellence through modern test automation and engineering best practices.
