US Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant - REMOTE

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines | Remote (M-F) Employment type: Full-time | Night Shift About the role We are looking for a Workday Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments of Workday Payroll and HCM for US-based enterprise clients. Operating remotely from the Philippines, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and launch Workday solutions tailored to US tax and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities Drive full-lifecycle Workday Payroll (US) and HCM implementations, from initial discovery through post-go-live hypercare. Translate client business requirements into detailed functional designs and execute end-to-end tenant configurations. Set up US payroll engines, including federal, state, and local tax rules, wage garnishments, FLSA overtime policies, and year-end (W-2) structures. Perform parallel payroll testing, validate data migration accuracy, and reconcile calculation variances against legacy platforms. Build and streamline functional connections across Workday Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules. Guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover execution, and system launch preparation. About you Located in the Philippines with active local work authorization. Hands-on implementation track record across Workday Payroll (US) and Workday HCM. Active Workday HCM and Workday Payroll (US) certifications. Strong working knowledge of US labor laws, IRS regulations, state/local compliance, and FLSA standards. Experience configuring related Workday modules (Time Tracking, Absence, or Custom Reporting). Demonstrated success handling complex data mappings, system troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. Ability to work aligned with US business hours (Night Shift). Job Ref: RH-TT
