Work Day Consultant(Client IBM, DBS)

6+ years of experience working with Workday Financials, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Workday Financial integrations. Experience on PRISM or Accounting Center component of WD is mandatory. • Deep functional understanding of core Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning). • Expert-level proficiency with Workday integration tools: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations. • Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration technologies. • Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex integrations. • Experience with financial data migration strategies and execution. • Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
