Workday Systems Lead Consultant

📋 Description Serve as the internal systems lead for the full global Workday implementation, owning the project Partner with the SI and Project Team to gather requirements from Functional Teams and translate Participate in design and lead configuration of Xometry's global Workday tenant across Core HCM Configure and support the tenant across multiple regions — including the US, EMEA, China, and India Help establish sound data structures, business process design, security frameworks, and system Partner with SI on configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution cycles 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration/consulting experience Proven experience leading or serving as a lead systems consultant on at least one full global Solid understanding of US and international Workday configuration, with hands-on experience Experience integrating Workday with downstream platforms, including experience with Workday Experience working with Workday's report writer, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools, as well Experience managing data conversion and validation for a full implementation
