AI Engineer

Location : Cracow Mode : hybrid (6x-8x per month) Contract : B2B Rate : up to 200PLN/H Role Overview We are looking for experienced engineers to join a fast-paced AI-driven initiative focused on building and delivering modern software solutions in the Credit & Lending domain. The role involves developing real AI-powered solutions, bringing them into production, and contributing to scalable cloud-native systems used across multiple business initiatives. Engineers will work closely with technical and business stakeholders in an agile, highly collaborative environment. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver production-ready software solutions and AI-enabled applications. Build scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI and business workflows. Contribute to AI solution development and integration within cloud environments. Ensure high software quality through modern engineering practices, including TDD. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions. Support operational readiness, monitoring, stability, and maintainability of delivered systems. Take ownership of delivered solutions from development through production deployment. Key Requirements Experience building and delivering real-world AI solutions. Proven experience delivering software to production environments. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. Understanding of operational aspects and production readiness. Strong Python skills. Good Java knowledge and willingness to work with Java-based solutions. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with TDD and modern development practices. Experience working in cloud environments. Nice to Have Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers. Broader cloud engineering experience (Azure and/or GCP preferred). Ability to independently design, build, and deploy microservices into production. Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and distributed systems.
