Application Lead

As an Application Lead , you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main contact person. Your typical day will involve leading the team, making critical decisions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the application development process. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Ensure timely delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ. Strong understanding of application development processes. Experience in leading and managing development teams Knowledge of software architecture and design principles. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration preferably in IBM Mainframe MQ
