Good to have other skills: SAP TM, SAP WM Responsibilities: Provide Application support for SAP EWM – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, conduct problem management and continuous improvements Handle minor enhancements for the relevant skill/application Perform related system maintenance and monitoring activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet project objectives. Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
