About the role We are looking for a Business Analyst (Application Support Specialist) to provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and assist in resolving incidents. The role will also support system configuration, documentation maintenance, and coordination with users to ensure smooth business operations. Key responsibilities Provide application support and troubleshoot system issues Manage user access Assist in resolving incidents Support system configuration Maintain support documentation Coordinate with users to ensure smooth business operations About you Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of accounting principles Knowledge of accounting software or applications Up to 1 year of experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems Experience troubleshooting system issues and managing user access Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to maintain accurate support documentation and coordinate incident resolution Experience in helpdesk or application support is an advantage
