Requirements:
Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience developing Power BI solutions, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling and visualisation Experience connecting and preparing data from SharePoint and Microsoft 365 sources, and working with Teams, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate Experience cleaning, processing and modelling a range of quantitative and qualitative data, including survey responses Practical understanding of data governance, data quality assurance, validation, reconciliation and controlled reporting Ability to analyse business processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear, usable reporting and insight products Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and technical documentation skills Experience developing, testing, deploying and supporting repeatable reporting solutions rather than producing one-off dashboards Fluent English Nice to have: Experience supporting global operational functions or working in a large, matrix organisation Corporate performance, impact, compliance, assurance or audit reporting experience Estates or facilities reporting experience Reporting automation design and integration across the Microsoft Power Platform Power BI optimisation, performance tuning and refactoring of existing reports and models

Daily tasks: - Responsibilities:
– Design, build and maintain accessible Power BI reports, dashboards and reporting outputs for corporate impact KPIs
– Develop robust Power Query transformations, semantic data models, relationships, calculations and DAX measures
– Clean, process and model quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources, including survey responses and stakeholder feedback
– Develop data-quality checks, validation rules, exception reporting and reconciliations to improve accuracy, completeness and consistency
– Apply agreed KPI definitions, calculation logic, metadata, ownership and governance controls within reporting solutions
– Integrate reporting processes with SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, supporting automation of repeatable reporting activities
– Work with the Business Analyst and stakeholders to understand reporting questions, translate requirements into useful visualisations and iterate solutions through feedback
– Support testing, deployment, access management, refresh monitoring, issue resolution and transition into business-as-usual support
– Produce clear technical documentation, data dictionaries, report specifications, test evidence, user guidance and handover materials
– Contribute analytical evidence to the stakeholder and organisational engagement data discovery and future investment roadmap
