Kinaxis Application Support Engineer

About the role We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse professional to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise supply-chain planning solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on Kinaxis functional experience who can understand business requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and troubleshoot planning or application issues. Key responsibilities • Evaluate business requirements related to upstream supply-chain planning • Design solution options using Kinaxis RapidResponse • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs • Participate in solution reviews, demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concept activities • Troubleshoot application, data, and planning-related issues • Support Kinaxis enhancements and help extend existing platform capabilities • Work with business and technical stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle • Apply data-modeling and analytics concepts to supply-chain planning requirements About you • At least three years of relevant professional experience • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse • Strong Kinaxis functional knowledge • Solid understanding of supply-chain planning processes • Experience converting business requirements into functional or technical solutions • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with data modeling and advanced analytics concepts • Good written and verbal communication skills • Undergraduate and combination-fit profiles may be considered if they possess the required experience Good to Have • Experience supporting solution design or architecture activities • Experience leading or participating in proof-of-concept initiatives • Understanding of data-center or enterprise technology environments • Exposure to capital-industry planning If you have direct Kinaxis RapidResponse experience and are open to a hybrid night-shift opportunity, apply now and submit your most updated résumé.
