Network Operations Engineer Tier II (WAN/LAN)

Location: Pasay, Philippines Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite Schedule: Shifting schedule Salary: Up to PHP 110,000/month Job Summary We are seeking a Network Operations Engineer – Tier II with strong WAN/LAN operations and troubleshooting experience. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in network operations, routing, switching, load balancing, and TCP/IP network analysis. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier II support for enterprise WAN/LAN environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents. Perform advanced troubleshooting involving routing, switching, and load balancing. Analyze TCP/IP network traces and packet captures. Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity. Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve escalated incidents. Follow network operations, incident management, and change management procedures. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a Tier II network operations capacity. Engineering experience is strongly preferred. Must hold two or more of the following certifications: CCNP-X CCIE ACSP ACMP RCSP Advanced knowledge of: TCP/IP Network Routing Network Switching Load Balancing Proficient in performing and interpreting TCP/IP network traces and packet captures . Strong network troubleshooting and analytical skills. Willing to work on a shifting schedule . Willing to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Pasay.
