Network Operations Specialist – Female Applicants Preferred

Employment Type: Contract-Based Setup: Full Onsite Schedule: Rotating Shifts Rest Days: 6 days per month We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to support day-to-day network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance. The role requires practical experience with Cisco, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow . What You’ll Do Manage and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure , including LAN, WAN, and data center environments. Monitor network health, availability, and performance through SolarWinds . Handle network-related incidents, requests, changes, and problems using ServiceNow . Investigate and resolve connectivity, performance, and network availability issues. Assist with network upgrades, maintenance, patching, and optimization activities. Support initiatives related to network performance and WAN optimization . Coordinate with other IT teams and vendors when resolving network concerns. Ensure network services remain stable, secure, and operational. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , or a related course. At least 2 years of relevant network engineering or network operations experience . Solid hands-on knowledge of Cisco routing and switching . Working experience with SolarWinds monitoring tools such as NPM, NCM, or IPAM. Familiarity with ServiceNow / SNOW . Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, QoS, LAN/WAN , and related networking concepts. Basic understanding of firewalls and network security . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. CCNP certification is an advantage. Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Shift Schedule Employees may be assigned to any of the following rotating shifts: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 12:00 NN – 9:00 PM 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Interested?
