Project Based Business Analyst / Tester

About the role We are looking for a Business Analyst / Tester to support requirement gathering, business process analysis, software testing, and solution validation. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure business requirements are accurately documented and successfully delivered. Key responsibilities Support requirement gathering and business process analysis Conduct software testing and solution validation Work closely with stakeholders and project teams Ensure business requirements are accurately documented About you Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Experience in software testing and test documentation Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project management and DevOps tools Experience creating prototypes or wireframes using Figma
