SAP BODS Consultant | Metro Manila [Hybrid]

About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) Consultant to support data migration activities for an SAP S/4HANA migration project. The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing ETL processes using SAP BODS to extract, cleanse, transform, enrich, validate, and migrate data from legacy systems into the target SAP S/4HANA environment. The role will work closely with Functional, Data Migration, Technical, and Business teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and successful migration. Key responsibilities Design and develop SAP BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows for SAP S/4HANA data migration. Extract data from SAP ECC and non-SAP source systems. Perform data cleansing, standardization, mapping, enrichment, and transformation. Support data harmonization across master and transactional data. Develop data quality, reconciliation, and validation reports. Ensure source-to-target data integrity and completeness. Collaborate with Functional, Data Migration, and Business teams to define mapping and validation rules. Support Mock Conversion, SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, and Production Cutover activities. Troubleshoot data migration issues and optimize ETL performance. Perform data profiling and data quality analysis. About you Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) experience. Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data migration projects. Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes. Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, transformation, and data quality management. Experience handling SAP master data and transactional data, including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, General Ledger, and Cost Center. Understanding of data migration methodologies, reconciliation, mapping, and data validation. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
