Responsibilities Manage IT and software projects from planning to completion. Lead Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Support teams. Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Track project progress, risks, issues, and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, business users, and technical teams. Facilitate Agile meetings and project activities. Ensure projects follow SDLC, Agile, and quality standards. Provide regular project updates and reports to management. Improve team processes and productivity. Support system deployment and post-implementation activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management or similar leadership roles. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. Experience managing enterprise, system integration, or cloud projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Cloud, or DevOps.
