Systems Analyst

HIRING: SYSTEMS ANALYST Location: BGC Work Setup: Hybrid — 8 days onsite per month Employment Type: Project-Based — with possibility of extension and absorption Job Description We are looking for a Systems Analyst with strong experience in Solutions Design and Systems Analysis . The role will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, designing appropriate system solutions, and working with technical teams throughout the system development lifecycle. Perform detailed systems analysis of existing applications, processes, and integrations. Design technical and functional solutions based on identified requirements. Develop solution designs, system specifications, process flows, and technical documentation . Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements, changes, and integrations. Evaluate existing systems and recommend appropriate technical improvements. Work closely with developers, architects, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate proposed solutions. Analyze system dependencies, interfaces, data flows, and integration points. Support solution implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities. Participate in SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities. Investigate system issues and perform root cause analysis . Ensure solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, security requirements, and existing system architecture.
