Teamcenter Unified Support Engineer

Salary: $79,040 - 99,840 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline 7-10 years of hands-on experience supporting and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter Strong background in advanced application troubleshooting, software incident handling, and system architecture Excellent communication skills, with experience in technical mentorship or leadership preferred Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications in a managed services setting preferred Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve complex software problems across Siemens Teamcenter application environments Drive root cause analysis for recurring technical incidents to improve overall platform stability Coach and support junior engineers by sharing troubleshooting approaches and technical best practices Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to align application enhancements with technical objectives Technologies: Support Incident Management More: We are seeking an experienced Team Center Unified Support Engineer to join our application support practice, where we focus on keeping critical Siemens Teamcenter enterprise applications reliable and performing at a high level.
