IT Sales Assistant

FILINVEST COMPANY: Filinvest Business Services Corporation WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (8:00 AM - 5:48 PM) OFFICE LOCATION: NORTHGATE CYBERZONE, ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PROBATIONARY/REGULAR EMPLOYMENT The External Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new external clients and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on prospecting, solution selling, and closing deals aligned with the company’s IT product portfolio, targeting SMBs and enterprise prospects within identified industries and locations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: New Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify, prospect, and acquire new external clients across target industries Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through active lead generation Conduct cold calls, client visits, presentations, and solution pitching Develop and present proposals, pricing, and commercial offers Drive deal closure, contract negotiation, and onboarding coordination Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Market Development & Lead Generation Build target account lists within key zones (e.g., Filinvest City, Technoparks, SMB clusters) Conduct market research and identify high-potential prospects Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and partner channels Participate in campaigns, events, and partner-led initiatives to drive pipeline Pipeline Management & Reporting Maintain accurate masterlist records for leads, opportunities, and pipeline status Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and monitor deal progression Prepare weekly/monthly pipeline and performance reports Ensure complete documentation of proposals, contracts, and client records. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or lead generation Experience in B2B sales or IT solutions selling is an advantage
