Product Owner Supervisor

FILINVEST COMPANY: Filinvest Business Services Corporation WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (8:00 AM - 5:48 PM) OFFICE LOCATION: NORTHGATE CYBERZONE, ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PROBATIONARY/REGULAR EMPLOYMENT The Product Owner Specialist is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. This role acts as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and ensuring successful product delivery with measurable value outcomes IT Project Delivery Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company strategy. Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum business value and customer satisfaction. Continuously assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to evolve the product roadmap. Backlog Management Own and manage the product backlog—creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and dependencies. Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Ensure backlog items are ready for development and align with sprint goals. Delivery & Execution Work closely with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure timely, quality product delivery. Validate completed features against acceptance criteria and approve for release. Monitor product performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies transparently to leadership and cross-functional teams. Facilitate product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions. Customer Focus & Value Delivery Champion the voice of the customer and ensure product decisions are data-driven. Analyze usage data, feedback, and performance metrics to guide prioritization and enhancements. Drive measurable impact in adoption, efficiency, or revenue growth Stakeholder Management Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure early involvement of testing in the SDLC. Coordinate with business users during UAT and support smooth test-to-production transitions. Promote best practices in testing, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. Acts as 1st level escalation and address any resistance, conflicting priorities through structured dialogue and escalation paths Achieve high CSAT and delivery metrics QUALIFICATIONS: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project/Delivery Management. Strong Business Analysis experience, particularly in requirements gathering/elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and working closely with business users and technical teams. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams. Hands-on experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience using Jira; Azure DevOps experience is highly preferred.
