Product Owner Specialist

Job Summary Product Owner Specialist Duties and Responsibilities IT Project Delivery · Product Vision & Strategy o Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company strategy. o Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum business value and customer satisfaction. o Continuously assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to evolve the product roadmap. · Backlog Management o Own and manage the product backlog—creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and dependencies. o Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. o Ensure backlog items are ready for development and align with sprint goals. · Delivery & Execution o Work closely with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure timely, quality product delivery. o Validate completed features against acceptance criteria and approve for release. o Monitor product performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives. o Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies transparently to leadership and cross-functional teams. o Facilitate product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions. · Customer Focus & Value Delivery o Champion the voice of the customer and ensure product decisions are data-driven. o Analyze usage data, feedback, and performance metrics to guide prioritization and enhancements. Drive measurable impact in adoption, efficiency, or revenue growth. Stakeholder Management 1. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure early involvement of testing in the SDLC. 2. Coordinate with business users during UAT and support smooth test-to-production transitions. 3. Promote best practices in testing, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. 4. Acts as 1st level escalation and address any resistance, conflicting priorities through structured dialogue and escalation paths 5. Achieve high CSAT and delivery metrics Able to contribute to team/company initiatives/events Technical Competencies and Skills business analysis, product ownership Education, Trainings and Licenses Required IT or engineering graduate, BA related certification (optional)
